Udaipur, Rajasthan
formerly the capital of the Mewar Kingdom, is a city in the western Indian state of Rajasthan. Founded by Maharana Udai Singh II in 1559, it’s set around a series of artificial lakes and is known for its lavish royal residences. City Palace, overlooking Lake Pichola.
I think the more we are progressing as a generation with all the technology around us, it has brought a sense of comfort in our lives but at the same time we have lost on the essence of art, we have lost our architectural values in a lot of ways.

Visited Kumbhalgarh & Chittorgarh Fort and got lost in the beauty of its architectural design. All of these temple’s and monuments took time to build but today they stand tall and shine in an elegant manner even after decades since it construction.

Good things take time to build and I think our focus as a generation should be to protect our culture and our values and build something which is not oppressed by time constraints.
